![]() For the 2nd line, adding in start /w "" you may need to put Daphne.exe in quotes. Line 3, load profile "blank", won't start until Daphne closes. We put it on the 1st line because without it, line 1 and 2 will load virtually simultaneously and Daphne might kick in before 'it was told' we're using p1'. The "/w" after "start" just says 'wait for it to finish it's thing before going to the next line'. This is assuming that is indeed the command line to apply a profile for xpadder (including the /M). Start "" "D:\ \xpadder.exe" "D:\RocketLauncher\Profiles\Xpadder\Daphne\_Default\blank.xpadderprofile" /M Start /w "" Daphne.exe %1 vldp -fullscreen -x 1920 -y 1080 -framefile "D:\Hyperspin\Emulators\Daphne\framefile\%1.txt" Start /w "" "D:\ \xpadder.exe" "D:\RocketLauncher\Profiles\Xpadder\Daphne\_Default\p1.xpadderprofile" /M just reread your comment about using a batch file. ![]() "D:\ \xpadder.exe" "D:\RocketLauncher\Profiles\Xpadder\Daphne\_Default\p1.xpadderprofile" /M A quick search looks like to load the profile you need: I really don't know anything about the Daphne emu or xpadder. Start /w "" "D:\Emulators\Daphne\Daphne.exe" %1 RunWait, "D:\Emulators\Daphne\Daphne.exe" %1 So if you write an AHK script, this line might look like **note: LaunchBox will pass the games name (rom file name) as %1 to the script or batch file. Under Application Path, Browse to were you have the AHK or batch file that you created. Give it a name (like maybe Daphne Xpadder) (then when you exit the game) load the blank profile is to write an AutoHotkey script (or a batch file) that will send the commands that will: The alternative to editing each and every game to have a 'launch before' and 'launch after' like what you show in your pict. The "Exit AutoHotkey Script" is only for closing (shutting down) the emulator. In the emulator options there is a tab for 'Running AutoHotKey Script' and 'Exit AutoHotKey Script'Īre you putting this script under the emulator auto hotkey option. I'm pointing to the profile, which obviously opens xpadder. So essentially I am not launching xpadder.exe directly. Also I have profiles associated with the xpadder program (p1.xpadderprofile). So in this case wouldn't I need to point to the specific xpadder profile. Are you putting this script under the emulator auto hotkey option. Not sure if I follow create new emulator based off script. I have not tested this with any other emulator. I think LB need to get that argument 1st hand and it (sorta) can't through a script in this manner. actually it still does, but with Mame I can't seem to properly pass "-keyboardprovider" to get the LB Pause Screen to work via the scripted-emu. I've only tried something to that affect with Mame and it worked great. Something like:Īnd have that Platforms default emulator be the script. ![]() If you need any more help i can post pics and step by step instructions, just let me know.Ill definitely have to have a look at this when i get home, i want to setup second sets for game saves and loads. The only way I've found to do what you're asking to create a new 'emulator' based off a script. If you need any more help i can post pics and step by step instructions, just let me know. This ive used before I just forgot since its been a while. Then somewhere on set 1 you just need to assign a button (either a press, or HOLD) to change/pull up set 2. If you have a game that needs more buttons than whats on your controller, you can assign more buttons in say, Set 2. Basically when you normally setup a button profile youre using set 1. Haven't tried this but its what it says on the xpadder forum.Īlso, I looked into the "sets". ![]() So say for Donkey Kong, after you have the button profile setup, make the auto profile as usual, just do it twice. So to have 2 controllers, you need 2 entries in the auto profile (1 for each controller). Basically when you open a game and have the autoprofile setup, it assigns the 1st controller to that profile. Ok so I finally setup my xpadder again, yeah you can use 2 controllers with xpadder. Does it work with multiple controllers ie 2player games? Like for donkey Kong country if I wanted to setup 2 controllers, would that work? So I got this all setup with auto profile launching for MBC and emulators and it's awesome. ![]()
